MY MISSION IS TO TAKE YOU FROM DEPLETING SELF-DOUBT TO AN ACTION-TAKING, PURPOSEFUL SUCCESS!
I can’t put my finger on any one choice or event that had left me feeling untethered, lost, and mired in self-doubt. A combination of choices and events over time had seen me change from an engaged, confident and independent career-minded woman to a stay-at-home wife and mother of 3, living thousands of miles from friends, family, and the familiar.
My career had slipped away slowly with each child and each move until I found myself in my late 40s, adapting to life in the States, supporting my children’s transitions, and any sense of confidence or power now just a vague and distant memory. I felt like I was little more than a support character in everyone else’s life.
I realized that although I had a very convincing, socially acceptable story of why I couldn’t pursue more in my life, that didn’t matter.
I wasn’t happy. I wanted more. It didn’t matter what anyone else thought about me and my life. I finally accepted that no external force was going to suddenly appear and change anything about my life for me. It was all going to have to come from me, however terrifying that thought might be. Once that became my truth, life began to change.

7 Research-Backed Tips to Skyrocket Your Confidence

Armed with my new truth I began to tap into new friendships, connections, and possibilities. Instead of being intimidated by the question, “So what do you do Eimear?” I started to play with the answer. I gave myself permission to ask myself, what would I really like the answer to that question to be. I gave myself permission to not have to wait for some ‘perfect’ answer to materialize before taking action. I accepted that I could just make a choice and learn and grow from that choice and then make another choice later if I wanted. I let go of being afraid of making a mistake.
In essence I learnt that I had been holding myself hostage without even realizing it.
Now I adopted a “What if” and “Why not?” approach to my life. I attended seminars and workshops, invested in on-line learning courses, and read voraciously. I followed my interests with deep curiosity. I took chances. I studied social justice issues and set up, and for several years ran, an online retail business, giving back to my favorite charity The Global Fund for Women. I wrote a book to encourage others to follow my lead and claim their freedom by ditching the self-doubt and taking their own unique path to a richer, more fulfilling life.
I was committed to building on my own learning and further developing my expertise to serve others on their path to confidence and living life at their full potential. I sought out the best coach training program in the world and dedicated a year to train and qualify as a professional coach.
Now I have the great privilege of working with people from all walks of life who are tired of constantly second-guessing themselves, tired of settling instead of soaring in life, and who are ready to invest in themselves and to live a life of no regrets.
If you’re tired of just settling and are ready to take action to create a life that reflects your true potential, instead of your doubts and fears, then I’d love to talk to you. After all, isn’t life too short to simply live within the confines of what we grow accustomed to tolerating or comfortable with, instead of bravely exploring what we’re truly capable of experiencing and achieving?
