Don’t Get Baited By The Expectations of Others

The mind loves certainty and coherence so when you’re feeling stuck and don’t have the answer to something it can feel very uncomfortable. Beware though that you don’t barter away your authentic path in life in exchange for the certainty of life goals that are really nothing more than an extension of a people pleasing habit…The immediate discomfort of the uncertainty may recede but it will be replaced over time with the gnawing pain of regret.
